The Medicine Shoppe
Physical Description: The front has a design on the top left above the pectoral and done in white. "The" is done in with strong serifs. "Medicine" is to the right and in the same style of "The". "Shoppe" is underneath the "Medicine". A "®" is to the top right of the "e" in "Shoppe". Then, there appears a stylized mortar and pestle. "524 Brookline Blvd." is underneath that mess I just described. "(412) 561-3180" is the phone number after the address. "Fred DePasquale, R.Ph" is the name after the telephone number.

On the back, there is a centered and larger reprint of the front with the exception of "Fred DePasquale, R.Ph".

I was provided this shirt after a chance crossing of Donor Adam on his street while en route to Donor Dale's place. Now, although the free shirt was a plus, I was happier to see both my friends that day.

There was a Medicine Shoppe across the street from one of the places that I worked at in my past. I went in there a couple of times, but I do not remember even buying anything.

Medicine Shoppes, as far as my experience goes and this is not very far, tend to be more focused on medicine instead of distractions like magazines and candy. I would appreciate this if I were sick more often. Then again, if I were that sick I do not know if I would be in the mood to appreciate anything. Furthermore, the Medicine Shoppe make their money off of overpriced medication and it is in their interest to keep prices at a price that is profitable for them and becoming too much for most people. The Medicine Shoppe is not alone in this, but by virtue of their business are part of the problem.

I have yet to venture to this particular Medicine Shoppe. Perhaps one day I shall make the journey and write of it in this archive.

5" x 7" containers are the best fit, but it's cool if your donation is bigger.
A name would be nice, too.
