I have only had the pleasure of knowing one of my Grandfathers before death. The one who lived to see a part of my life was very proud of his Slovak heritage. He was a second generation American, but kept many of the Slovak traditions alive in his day-to-day life. He had a bunch of Slovak memorabilia around the house that he kept. He was also a proud man in general who almost always wore only the best clothes he had when he left the house, and even when he stayed inside for that matter. Therefore, when my Grandmother was sorting through some of his stuff, she found a neatly folded and never worn t-shirt that the insurance company sent him through the mail.
Personally, I am nowhere near as proud of any my ethnic heritages (as I am very much a mutt) as showcasing a shirt like this would lend one to believe. I am not ashamed; I just think too many people lose focus on their own lives trying to revive the attributes of their ancestors without focusing on their own lives. History is important, but the present is truly what one is while they are on this earth.
A Jenotar is a member of a union, in case you don't know as much Slovak as I do. Now we are on equal footing as my unabridged personal Slovak-English dictionary has been awkwardly published so that you may know just as much as I.
I actually am a Jenotar as I have a very low premium on my head. If anyone wants to kill me to give my parents a small payday, go right ahead. Furthermore, if someone wants to marry me for the same reason to become the beneficiary they could also do that, under the condition they off me like a black widow spider. Oh yeah, baby.
Donor Adam pointed out the absurdity of joining "Me!". As if any one single person is a union unto themselves. This becomes an issue if people are even willing to put in the effort to read the two wild fonts. Many are not. That just does not make any sense.
It makes no sense that I had not mentioned such in the original write-up. What I will attribute that to is my tendency to write a large number all at once and am not in a very thoughtful zone. I just can't wait to tell the world about these free shirts more than I feel like writing something that will stand the test of time.
